Gardener Tukker Tuinen distinguishes itself thanks to digital approach
TheNewTomorrow helps entrepreneurs further. Large companies with complex issues, but also smaller SMEs with ambition. Such as Tukker Tuinen, Andries Tukker’s landscaping company that wanted to digitalize. “I even get compliments about my website from clients who are in respectable positions in the business world.”
Andries Tukker was always a forerunner in his line of business. He focuses on customers who want to turn their garden into something special. “Creativity and quality is our trademark,” says Andries. “Personal contact is very important in our business and I wanted to continue that online. That meant that we had to translate our brand and our way of working digitally, because no matter how crazy it might sound, we didn’t have a website yet”.
Creative and concrete
Tukker asked TheNewTomorrow to capture the brand feeling of Tukker Tuinen in a website. “As a gardener, I know about gardens, but not about communication and digitisation,” Tukker explains. “That’s why I’m very happy with the people at TheNewTomorrow, because they not only have knowledge, but are also very customer-friendly, have creative ideas and make sure it’s taken care of. Both in terms of content and process. That’s very nice.”
Space for personal experiences
TheNewTomorrow developed a concept that fits the positioning of Tukker Tuinen. Professionalization digitization of communication, including through a sleek site with lots of images and personal stories of customers. Tukker: “Our customers are people who know what they want. They are looking for a special garden. And they like to show it to others. So it didn’t take me much effort to let a large number of customers share their personal experiences with our company on the website. It was a great idea of TheNewTomorrow to give space to those personal stories of our customers. That’s how the conversations go offline as well”.
New site offers the possibility to scale up
Not only does the website look beautiful and professional, it is also interactive and allows customers to communicate directly with Tukker Tuinen via, for example, WhatsApp or by directly scheduling an appointment in the calendar. “I always had a lot of requests, but thanks to these new features on the website, the requests went through the roof,” says Andries. “By now, I’m full until late summer and I’ve temporarily switched off that calendar application. So if I want, I can scale up thanks to my new website”.
