Floris founded TheNewTomorrow in 2017 to help companies become digital leaders in their market. He worked for more than twenty years for large companies such as Samsung Electronics, Philips, eBay / Marktplaats and Getronics Consulting. Floris was active in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Experience and eCommerce.
He has proven that he can help companies and organisations to go to the next level in digital business; through smart strategy, the right knowledge and competences and through an agile and pragmatic way of working. He knows how to connect strategy and operation to achieve successful execution. He is regularly asked as a keynote speaker at national and international conferences and as an expert for various master classes. During his career, he has received numerous awards for his work.
Manon is part of TheNewTomorrow and has been working here since the beginning of 2018. She believes in making a difference. As a millennial, she understands the digital world like no other, but a lot of companies have difficulties in mapping this generation and their needs. TheNewTomorrow is there to guide these companies on the right path, so that they can understand Manon’s generation and the generations next to come.
With a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Multimedia Design, Manon is skilled with a strong toolset to do the job right. She likes to improve the omni-channel user experience and she believes that the customer should be at the heart of it.
Geertjan has more than seventeen years proven experience in several commercial roles in different Fast Moving Consumer Good organizations, such as Honig, Heinz and Dr. Oetker. He worked in local and international fields as Marketing Director and Digital Director and helped in realizing their growth. Geertjans always starts with the customer or consumer in mind, and from that point he helps teams in their search for opportunities and creative solutions to connect and directly excellerate todays business by tomorrow. Since 2019 he is partner at TheNewTomorrow.
Reinier has over twenty years’ of experience in all aspects of communications and PR . He has worked both on the client side as the agency side for companies such as Achmea, Amazon, Hays, Rabobank and Swinkels Family Brewers. He founded Chief Storyteller in 2015 to help companies and leaders with their positioning, communication strategy and creating a personal and credible story. In order for them to communicate clearly, listen to their customers and thus grow their business.
